What about sickness and medicine?

Bodies get sick, injured, incapacitated, handicapped, and disabled all the time. Bodies die all the time. Our bodies are very fragile and limited. We get invaded by microorganisms, our chemistry gets out of whack, our metabolism slows down, and so on. Bodies, even by our own evaluation, are not perfect.

God only creates perfectly. As amazing as our bodies are to us, they can't be creations of God.

So where did they come from? Same place everything in our human experience came from: ego. Ego made this world and this universe to keep us focused on separation. Nothing like an illness or a physical challenge to keep us focused on the body. Taking medicine to alleviate symptoms that we don't like accomplishes the same purpose.
